Fresh ingredients such as mastiha, rosemary, lemon verbena, mint and kumquat are transformed into four carefully crafted cocktails, each with its own character and story. Drawing inspiration from Apollo Bio Farm, the experience brings the freshness of the land into the glass and celebrates seasonality, local ingredients and creative mixology.
