In partnership with Pontiglio Wineries, guests are invited into the vines of the Pontiglio Estate — hand-picking ripe grapes alongside the estate's growers, learning what makes a cluster ready, and understanding the first, most important step in every bottle of wine. Joined by our own Apollo Bio-Farm team, it's hands-in-the-soil, sun-on-your-back tradition, followed by a well-earned taste of what the harvest becomes.
