Olive Harvest at Dellis Estate
In partnership with Dellis Estate, guests are invited into the groves themselves — hand-picking ripe olives alongside the estate's growers, learning the rhythm of the harvest and the first, most important step toward every bottle of oil. Joined by our own Apollo Bio-Farm team, it's hands-in-the-branches, sun-on-your-back tradition, followed by a well-earned taste of what the harvest becomes.
