Step into the flavors of Corfu with a private cooking experience that begins where every great dish should - in the garden.
Every Saturday at 12:30, guests are invited to visit the Apollo Bio Farm, where they gather fresh seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs by hand. From there, the experience continues in our open kitchen, where the ingredients are transformed into one of Greece’s most iconic dishes: traditional moussaka.
Guided through each stage of the preparation, guests take part in creating the dish themselves, discovering the ingredients, techniques and flavors behind a true Greek classic.
And when the cooking is finished, the best part begins: sitting down together to enjoy the moussaka you have just prepared.
A relaxed, hands-on experience that brings together the farm, the kitchen and the table in one memorable journey.
