A New Chapter in Gastronomy: The Creation of Apollo Bio Farm

The creation of Apollo Bio Farm marks a new chapter in the gastronomic journey of Sentido Apollo Palace. Located within the resort, the farm was developed to cultivate fresh, organic vegetables, herbs and seasonal produce, strengthening the connection between the land and the food served to our guests.

At Asador Farm to Flame, this philosophy comes to life through ingredients sourced directly from the farm and prepared over open fire. By bringing produce from the garden closer to the kitchen, Apollo Bio Farm supports a more authentic and seasonal approach to dining, where freshness, simplicity and respect for each ingredient take center stage.

The farm is also becoming part of the guest experience. Every Thursday, our Farm Day invites younger guests to discover the garden, learn about the produce and experience first-hand where some of the ingredients used in our kitchens begin their journey.

Apollo Bio Farm is more than a new addition to the resort - it is a new way of connecting gastronomy, nature and the land of Corfu.
