Home is Where the Light Is
In Greek mythology, Apollo was the god of the sun, a light that doesn't choose whom it falls on. It warms everyone it reaches and brings out the best in them. Our Apollo was created in that same spirit, as the Light of Corfu.
Across our grounds, silver-leafed olive trees stand among Corfiot village-style houses. Sunlight that is free to go anywhere chooses to linger here. It plays between the ancient trunks, slips through the lanes between the houses and settles on the fragrant kumquat trees.
Yet it isn't the setting that makes the light stay a little longer and shine a little brighter. It's the people of Apollo, whose warmth comes through in every welcome and every small act of care.
That is what makes Apollo an unconventional resort. Every guest is looked after with the personal care of a traditional Corfiot home. Families are embraced, couples find calm, older generations find ease, and guests with accessibility needs are met with quiet consideration.
